Description:
|
DM-STAT, Inc.,
a small, rapidly growing business providing project coordination, data management, customized software solutions,
and statistical consulting services for clinical trials and NIH sponsored research studies, immediately seeks a
full-time Research Associate. The Research Associate will work with the Project Management group to provide support
for multi-site health research networks engaged in multiple R & D efforts and clinical trials. Hours are Monday
through Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Key Activities:
|
- Comprehend study protocol in order to provide support to project managers and clinical coordinators.
- Assist in the development of the manual of operations for all new projects.
- Provide support to study personnel on the use of web based systems.
- Obtain and maintain regulatory documents from project sites.
- Participate in conference calls and face to face meetings and write minutes.
- Format study materials (e.g., questionnaires, manual of operations, presentations).
- File, maintain, update, and track materials from internal meetings, conference calls, study personnel contact, etc.
- Update all internal hard copies of project documentation regularly (e.g., literature, manual of operations, meeting notebooks).
- Update logs of tasks, goals, and other project data and distribute as required.
- Participate in site audits.
- Perform special projects as necessary.

Requirements:
|
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel at least 3 days per month
- Previous experience working in a health-related field, hospital, or a CRO setting preferred
