Continuous Communication:

DM-STAT assigns a key contact person to each project who coordinates both
internal and external communication.

Internal Communication includes:

Weekly meetings of key personnel from our four departments (i.e. Project
Coordination, Data Management, Statistical Analysis and Customized Software
Systems) where action items, timelines and personnel requirements are reviewed
and working meetings are scheduled.

Project specific meetings are held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis with all
project staff.

External Communication between DM-STAT and project center(s) is facilitated
through:

Telephone, email and fax communication between the key contact at DM-STAT and a
primary contact from the external center.

Real-time project reports (e.g., enrollment numbers), meeting minutes and
project documentation available through our website.

Dissemination and implementation of all project specifications after client
approval.

All project documentation and issues regarding data collection are addressed
and disseminated to project staff immediately.
