| We have had the pleasure of working with DM-STAT for the past three years on a complex multicenter, randomized clinical trial. The trial which was published as the lead article in JAMA could not have been successfully completed without their invaluable expertise. Probably what I appreciate most about working with Kim Dukes and Lisa Sullivan as the principal investigator, is their selfless nature and their ability to function efficiently and effectively in high pressure situations. In addition, their organization is unique in that they are able to quickly grasp issues regarding complex medical decision making and transferring those concepts into specialty specific, user friendly research tools.
Finally, the quality of the statistical analysis is superb and has easily stood up to the scrutiny of the peer review process. |

| Dr. Kim Dukes assisted us in analyzing and reporting the results of a training intervention in a healthcare setting. Kim was impressive in her researching the most appropriate and defensible analysis of our data, her ability to organize and carry out the analyses, and the care she put into tailoring the narrative of the results in a clear and convincing fashion. She understands that customers need statistical results to flow logically to build an understanding of the story held in the data. In her work with us, she went beyond just delivering competent technical analysis and demonstrated a personal investment in crafting the best possible presentation of our data. |

| I am a health outcomes researcher primarily conducting large health surveys. I have sub-contracted with DM-STAT and have been very pleased with the results. Starting with the earliest phase of proposal development and continuing through manuscript preparation, your highly professional staff has been available to assist me in all aspects of the project. All aspects of data collection and statistical management for my study were performed by DM-STAT. All areas of work performed by DM-STAT were done in consultation with the researchers and carefully documented in deliverables furnished at each stage of the study. This included development of study protocols, sampling strategies, data collection timelines and respondent dispositions all of which were contained in a Manual of Operations. DM-STAT has designed a Data Management System (DMS) which includes programming the study protocol, quality control and system testing, developing a respondent status report, and quality control of respondent data, all of which were provided in a DMS manual of operations. Once the data collection was completed, the data were entered using double data entry quality control techniques, and then cleaned and ready for analysis. Turning our attention to the analysis phase of the study, we were presented with a manual containing frequency distributions, and univariates for all of the variables as well as the derived variables for scales. This was enormously helpful as a number of investigators prepared manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals. The attention to detail provided by your highly trained professional team of data managers and analysts certainly increased the confidence I have in the data and working with your team enhanced the whole experience. Data collection, data management and analysis are critical to conducting high quality research. It is with great pleasure that I inform you of the rewarding experience I had working with DM-STAT. Based on your extensive experience and careful attention to detail, I would whole-heartedly recommend your company to any colleague without reservation. |
